FORMULATING LAWS AND BYE-LAWS:
We are actively engaged in formulating, drafting and vetting the laws and bye-laws at both Federal and Provincial levels. The legislation varies from the field of commercial to agriculture laws.

We have vast experience in handling commercial litigation with special emphasis on protection of shareholders' rights, challenging legislation regarding imposition of taxes and winding up of companies. We handle intellectual property and related matters including registration and advice in relation to trademarks, copyright protection and patents, matters arising in connection with media, communication and entertainment fields, licensing and franchising agreements and data protection advice.

In addition to handling trade marks, we also handled registration of first ever geographical indication of Pakistan known as Basmati as collective mark including drafting of Regulations under the Trade Mark Laws of Pakistan.

CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL MATTERS:
We handle formation of companies in various jurisdictions, reconstructions, corporate financing, management, joint ventures and partnerships and advise on employment, work permit matters. Recently, we are handling registration of several geographical indications of Pakistan, which at the moment, are pending with the Trade Marks Registry.

We also deal extensively with the resolution of companies and commercial disputes including shareholders' rights, director's duties and related matters. We have the unique expertise of forming a Company limited by Guarantee having a Share Capital, wherein the entire Share Capital has been provided by Public Exchequer but the Company is being managed by Private Sector.

PREPARING CONTRACTS:
We have considerable experience in negotiating, drafting and advising trade related commercial contracts whether they be joint ventures, standard form sale terms, specific sale-purchase contracts, service contracrs, letters of credit etc.
